Chicken in Hawaiian Sauce
Portion Size: ¾ cup; ½ cup chicken with ¼ cup sauce

1/2 cup packed brown sugar | |
1/3 cup light soy sauce | |
2 ½ pounds chicken breast | Cut into 1-inch pieces. |

1 | In a small bowl combine pineapple juice, brown sugar, cornstarch and soy sauce. | |
2 | In a large pan, saute chicken in oil over medium high heat. | |
3 | Add sauce. Bring to boil, stirring frequently. Reduce heat and simmer 20-30 minutes. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees. |
