Chicken Tortilla Wraps

8 oz.  light cream cheeseSoftened
1/3 cup honey
1/4 cup Dijon mustard
1/2 teaspoon onion powder(optional)
8 (large) tortillasMay use whole wheat 
2 cups lowfat Swiss or Provolone cheeseShredded
½ cup diced tomatoesWashed trimmed and diced
1 lb. thin slices chicken
For gluten free (GF): Use GF tortillas. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1In a medium bowl, beat cream cheese with an electric mixer until fluffy.
2Add honey, mustard and onion powder; mix well.
3Spread 2 tablespoons of honey cream cheese mixture out to the edge of each tortilla.
4Sprinkle each tortilla with 1/4 cup cheese, leaving about 1 inch around the edge.
5Place 2 oz. slices of turkey  and tomatoes on each tortilla.
6Roll up each tortilla tightly and wrap in plastic wrap.
7Chill at least 30 minutes, then slice each tortilla log into eight 1-inch rounds and serve.
