Chipotle Honey Vinaigrette Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields:  1 1/2  cups

Ingredients Notes: 
2 cloves garlic, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
¾ cup vegetable oil
½  red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons chipotle peppers in adobo sauce
3 tablespoons honey
½ teaspoons oregano, dried 
Salt and pepper to taste
For gluten free (GF): No changes. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1In a food processor,  combine together all ingredients. Chill until ready to use.
2Serve immediately or refrigerate.
