Citrus Fruit Salad

| 2 cups diced grapefruit | Washed, peeled and diced. Remove seeds |
| 2 cups diced orange slices | Washed, peeled and diced. Remove seeds |
| 1/2 cups low fat French dressing | See recipe in cookbook. |
| 1 medium avocado (optional) | Washed, peeled and sliced. Remove pit. |
| 8 lettuce leaves |
