2 cups diced grapefruitWashed, peeled and diced. Remove seeds 
2 cups diced orange slicesWashed, peeled and diced. Remove seeds
1/2 cups low fat French dressingSee recipe in cookbook. 
1 medium avocado (optional)Washed, peeled and sliced. Remove pit. 
8 lettuce leaves

1Arrange orange and grapefruit on lettuce leaves.
2Top with French dressing.
3Garnish with avocado.Discard left overs.
