Citrus Turmeric Smoothie

Portion Size: 1 1/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients Notes: 
1/4 cup coconut milk (nonfat or low fat)
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1/2 teaspoons honey
2/3 cups Greek nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 bananaWashed and trimmed.
2 tablespoons orange juice 
1/4 teaspoon lime juice 
1/8 teaspoon turmeric
Dash ground ginger
Dash of nutmeg
