Ingredients Notes: 
2/3 cups sugar
2/3 cups unsweetened cocoa powder
1 cup water  
7 cups nonfat milk
1 teaspoon vanilla
Whipped cream(Optional)
For Gluten Free: Omit marshmallows or use GF marshmallows. Always check all ingredients to be sure they are gluten free.

1In a saucepan combine sugar and cocoa.  
2Stir in the water.  
3Bring to boiling, stirring constantly.  
4Cook 1 minute longer.  
5Stir in milk.  Heat just to the boiling point; do not boil.  
6Remove from heat; stir in vanilla.  Beat with a rotary beater till frothy.  
7Serve in cups or mugs; Top with marshmallows or whipped cream if desired.
