Cranberry Banana Berry Smoothie

Portion Size: 1 1/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 1 serving

1/4 cup cold milk (nonfat or low fat)
½ cups frozen or fresh raspberries, strawberries or blueberries
1/2 teaspoon honey
2/3 cup Greek nonfat plain yogurt
1/2 banana
2 tablespoons cranberry juiceOr Sub. Orange juice
