Coleslaw

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups cabbage Washed, trimmed and shredded (1/8 inch)
1 medium carrotWashed, peeled, trimmed and shredded
1/2 small green pepperWashed, trimmed and finely chopped
1/4 cup onionsPeeled, washed, and chopped
1 tablespoon vinegar
1/2 cup light mayonnaise 
2 teaspoon sugar
1/2 teaspoon celery seed

1In a mixing bowl combine cabbage, carrot, green pepper, and onion.
2For dressing stir together mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, and celery seed.  
3Pour the dressing over the cabbage mixture.  
4Toss to coat. Cover and chill.
