Corn and Pepper Salad

2 cups package frozen whole kernel cornCooked according to package directions, drained
1/2 red bell pepperWashed, trimmed and diced
1/2 green bell pepperWashed, trimmed and diced
2 green onionsWashed, trimmed and chopped (including greens)
1 tablespoon dried cilantroOr ¼ cup fresh chopped cilantro
2 tablespoons lime juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
1/4 teaspoon ground cumin
½ teaspoon salt 
¼ teaspoon ground pepper
