Cranberry Orange Salad

Portion Size: 1/2 cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 pound dried cranberriesWashed and ground in a food processor
2 small orangesWashed, peeled, tough membranes and seeds removed. Or may use 1 cup mandarin oranges. 
1 cup sugar
Lettuce (optional)

1Put the cranberries and cut up oranges through a food processor. 
2Stir in the sugar.
4Serve on lettuce.
