Cranberry Orange Molded Salad

| 2 cups cranberry juice cocktail | |
| 2 packages orange flavored gelatin | |
| 1 cup orange juice | |
| 4 oranges | Washed, peeled and sectioned. Seeds and tough membranes removed or may use mandarin oranges |
| 1 cup un salted walnuts | Coarsely chopped |
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

| 1 | Heat cranberry juice and pour over the gelatin, which has been softened with 1/4 cup water. | |
| 2 | Chill until syrupy, about 45 minutes. | |
| 3 | Pour half the gelatin into a mold. Let refrigerate 30 minutes. | |
| 4 | Add orange juice and sections, walnuts and remaining gelatin. Chill until firm. | |
| 5 | To unmold, run a knife around the edge, invert over a plate, and hold a hot cloth over the mold for a few moments. |
