Creamy Basil Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 3 cups

½ cup light mayonnaise
½ cup green onionsWashed, trimmed and sliced thin
½ cup chopped fresh basil or 2 T. driedWashed, trimmed and chopped
2 fresh squeezed lemonsWashed, zested and squeezed
2 garlic cloves, minced
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon pepper
1 cup light sour cream

1Place, mayonnaise, scallions, basil, lemon juice, garlic, salt and pepper in a blender.  Blend until smooth.  Add sour cream and blend until blended.
2Serve immediately or refrigerate.
