Creamy Lemon Basil Dressing

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 cup nonfat Greek yogurt
2 tablespoons white balsamic vinegar
¼ cup lemon juice 
1 teaspoon lemon zest
¼ cup basil leavesOr 2 tablespoons basil flakes
3 cloves garlic mincedWash, peel and mince or ½ teaspoon garlic powder
½ teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
1 tablespoon shallots or red onionWashed, peeled and minced

1Mix all ingredients in a food processor. Blend until smooth. 
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
