Sweet and Sour Cabbage
Portion Size: ½ cup cabbage

| ½ cup vinegar | |
| ½ cup water | |
| 1 small onion | |
| 2 tablespoons brown sugar | |
| 1 small head cabbage | Washed, cored and shredded. May be used with green or red cabbage. |

| 1 | In a large skillet, fry bacon and onion. Do not drain the grease. | |
