Creamy Parmesan Garlic Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
8 green onions, thinly slicedWash, trim and slice thin
8 ounces light cream cheese
1 cup shredded Parmesan cheese
1 cup nonfat milk
3 cloves garlic mincedWash, peel and mince
1/4 teaspoon salt
¼ teaspoon black pepper
2 tablespoons chopped parsley

1Mix all ingredients in a food processor or blender. Blend to a smooth consistency. 
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
