⅔ cup light corn syrup
¼ cup packed brown sugar
1 cup peanut butter
½ teaspoon vanilla
4 cups rice cereal

1	In a medium saucepan, combine corn syrup and brown sugar.
2	Cook and stir till mixture comes to a full rolling boil.
3	Remove saucepan from heat and stir in peanut butter and vanilla.
4	Stir in crisp rice cereal.
5	Press into an ungreased 9X9X2 inch pan.
6	Chill about 1 hour or till firm. Cut into bars.	Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F.
