Fresh Fruit with Yogurt and Honey

Portion Size: ½ cup fruit, ¼ cup yogurt mixture, ½ tbs pecans

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 pint plain low-fat yogurt
2 teaspoon vanilla
4 cups sliced and trimmed fresh fruitWash, trim and slice. 
¼ cup chopped unsalted pecans
¼ cup honey

1Divide fresh fruit on to 8 serving dishes.  
2Combine yogurt, vanilla and honey.  
3Top fruit with yogurt.
4Sprinkle with walnuts.
