Focaccia Bread

1 6 oz. can tomato paste
1 tablespoon sugar
1 teaspoon dried basil
1 tablespoon Italian seasoning
1 (1lb. )loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
2 tablespoons olive oil
2 tablespoons parmesan cheese
For gluten free (GF): Use GF bread dough. Check all ingredients to ensure they are gluten free.

1PPreheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Lightly spray a medium baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray..
2In a bowl, blend the tomato paste, sugar, and basil.
3Knead the Italian seasoning into the frozen bread dough, and roll into a 12-inch circle on the prepared baking sheet.
4With a fork, poke holes in the surface of the dough.
5Drizzle with olive oil. Brush with the tomato paste mixture. Sprinkle with Parmesan cheese.
6Bake 30 minutes in the preheated oven, until the bread is lightly browned.
7Remove from oven and let cool for 5 minutes. Serve.
