8 Slices white, wheat, French, Texas Toast, Sour Dough or raisin bread | May use whole grain bread |

1 | Beat eggs, milk, salt, in a bowl with a fork until blended | |
2 | Grease large skillet with small amount of margarine | |
3 | Dip bread into egg mixture one at a time and transfer to pan | |
4 | Cook on medium heat until golden brown | |
5 | Turn-over and cook until golden brown on the other side. Drizzle with powdered sugar | Cook until internal end temperature is 160 ° degrees F. |
