Grilled Chicken Dijon Gouda Cheese Sandwich

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings


Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Spread 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard on inner side of bread. Put 1 slice of cheese, and 2 oz. chicken between 2 slices of bread.  
2Spread margarine on the outside of each slice of bread.
3Heat a large skillet, and place sandwich in skillet.  
4Cook until golden brown and then turn until both sides are golden brown.  
5Repeat until 8 sandwiches are made.  
For gluten free (GF): Use GF bread. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free
