Grilled Ham Steak with Pineapple

| 1 large can pineapple rings in juice | Reserve ½ cup juice |
| ¼ cup Dijon mustard | |
| ¼ cup honey | |
| 2 (1 Pound) cooked lean boneless ham steak, sliced | Trim all visible fat |

| 1 | Drain juice from pineapple rings. | |
| 2 | In a small bowl mix pineapple juice with mustard and honey. | |
| 3 | Place ham steak on rack broiling pan and spread with ½ mustard mixture. | |
| 4 | Broil 3 to 4 minutes. | |
| 5 | Turn steak, top with pineapple slice, and spoon remaining mustard mixture over pineapple. | |
| 6 | Broil 3 to 4 minutes longer or until pineapple is lightly browned and steak is hot. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds |
