Grilled Ham Steak with Pineapple

Portion Size: 3 oz. ham 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 large can pineapple rings in juiceReserve ½ cup juice
¼ cup Dijon mustard
¼ cup honey
2 (1 Pound) cooked lean boneless ham steak, slicedTrim all visible fat

1Drain juice from pineapple rings.   
2In a small bowl mix pineapple juice with mustard and honey.
3Place ham steak on rack broiling pan and spread with ½ mustard mixture.
4Broil 3 to 4 minutes.
5Turn steak, top with pineapple slice, and spoon remaining mustard mixture over pineapple.
6Broil 3 to 4 minutes longer or until pineapple is lightly browned and steak is hot.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds
