Glazed Ham Loaf

| 2 lbs. cooked ham, ground | |
| ½ lb. lean ground pork | |
| ½ cup Nonfat milk | |
| 2 eggs | |
| ½ cup bread crumbs | |
| ½ cup catsup | |
| 2 Tablespoons brown sugar | |
| 1 Tablespoon chili powder |

| 1 | Pre heat oven to 350°F. | |
| 2 | In a large bowl, combine, ham, pork, milk, eggs, and bread crumbs. | |
| 3 | Spray loaf pan with nonstick cooking spray. | |
| 4 | Pat meat mixture into loaf and add to pan | |
| 5 | In a small bowl, combine catsup, brown sugar and chili powder | |
| 6 | Bake until internal temperature reaches 160°F. Let stand for about 10 minutes. | |
| 7. | Slice and serve hot. |
