Ham and Fettuccine

| 2 cups fat free evaporated milk | |
| 1 cup low salt chicken broth | |
| 1 cup Parmesan cheese, grated | |
| 1 cup low fat provolone cheese, shredded | |
| ¼ teaspoon pepper | |
| 2 cups frozen peas |

| 1 | Prepare pasta according to package directions. Set aside. | |
| 2 | Melt margarine in medium sauce pan. Stir in flour. | |
| 3 | Gradually add evaporated milk and chicken broth. | |
| 4 | Cook stirring constantly, until mixture comes to a boil and thickens. | |
| 5 | Stir in Parmesan cheese, provolone cheese, ham, peas, and pepper. | |
| 6 | Cook until cheese has melted and heated through. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds. |
