8 Hamburger buns | Use whole wheat buns. |
Optional ingredients to add to ground beef | |
1/2 Cup minced onions or 1 Egg or 1/2 Cup bread crumbs and 1/2 Cup milk or 1 Package dried onion soup mix or garlic powder or Worsestershire sauce or 1/2 Cup sautéed mushrooms or 1/2 Cup Roquefort cheese or 1 Teaspoon parsley flakes Salt and pepper to taste |

1 | Mix ground beef with desired ingredients. | |

3 | Broil, grill, or sauté until no longer pink inside. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds |
