Hot Fudge Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
3/4 cup sugar 
1/2 cup cocoa
1/2 cup 2 tablespoons evaporated milk (5 ounce can)
1/3 cup light corn syrup
1/3 cup margarine
1 teaspoon vanilla

1In small saucepan combine sugar and cocoa; blend in evaporated milk and corn syrup.  
2Cook over medium heat, stirring constantly, until mixture boils; boil and stir margarine and vanilla.  Serve warm.  Makes about 1 3/4 cups sauce
