Japanese Salad Dressing

| ½ cup peanut or olive oil | |
| 1/3 cup rice wine vinegar | |
| ½ teaspoon ground ginger | |
| 2 tablespoons celery | Washed, trimmed and minced |
| 2 tablespoons Ketchup | |
| 1 clove garlic, minced | Washed, trimmed, peeled and minced |
| 1 large carrot | Washed, trimmed, peeled and chopped |
| 2 tablespoons light soy sauce | |
| 2 teaspoons sugar | |
| 2 teaspoons lemon juice | |
| 1/4 teaspoon Black pepper | |
| ½ teaspoon salt |
