Jicama, Carrot and Green Apple Slaw

| 2 cups shredded Napa cabbage or Green Cabbage | Washed, trimmed, core removed and shredded. |
| 1 (1 pound) jicama | Washed, peeled, and shredded |
| 2 cups shredded daikon radish or radish | Washed, trimmed and shredded |
| 2 granny Smith apples | Peeled, cored, and shredded |
| 3 large carrots | Washed, peeled and shredded |
| 1/4 cup finely chopped cilantro | Washed and finely chopped |
| 2 tablespoons olive oil | |
| 1/4 cup orange juice | |
| 1 tablespoon lime juice | |
| 1 teaspoon salt | |
| ¼ teaspoon pepper |
