Kale Banana Berry Fruit Smoothie

Portion Size: 11/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
2 cups nonfat milk
1 cup fresh kale (or may use spinach) Washed and trimmed
2 cups bananas
2 cups fresh or frozen strawberries
5 cups plain Greek yogurt
2 T. Honey

1In a blender, combine all the ingredients.  
2Blend until smooth.
