Lemon Dill Yogurt Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 cup  plain, nonfat yogurt
2 teaspoons lemon zestWash and zest lemon
2 tablespoons fresh dill (minced) or 2 tsp. dried dill
1 teaspoons lemon juice (fresh)
3 cloves garlic, mincedWashed, peeled and minced
¼ teaspoon salt
Dash of black pepper
