Lima Beans and Chicken Salad

4 cups lima beans (frozen) | |
1 lb. of diced cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts | |
1/2 cup of celery | Wash, trim and minced |
2 tablespoons of onions | Wash, peel and minced |
¼ cup light sour cream | |
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar | |
1/4 teaspoon of celery seed | Optional |

1 | Cook the lima beans according to directions. | |
2 | Drain and rinse with cold water. | |
3 | Combine beans with ham, celery and onions in large bowl. | |
