Lima Beans and Chicken Salad

Portion Size: 1 cup 

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups lima beans (frozen)
1 lb. of diced cooked  boneless skinless chicken breasts
1/2 cup of celeryWash, trim and minced
2 tablespoons of onions Wash, peel and minced
¼ cup light  sour cream 
1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar 
1/4 teaspoon of celery seed Optional 
This is a gluten free recipe. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1Cook the lima beans according to directions.
2Drain and rinse with cold water.
3Combine beans with ham, celery and onions in large bowl.
4Pour over dressing. Toss to coat. Chill until ready to serve.
