Lima Beans and Chicken Salad

| 4 cups lima beans (frozen) | |
| 1 lb. of diced cooked boneless skinless chicken breasts | |
| 1/2 cup of celery | Wash, trim and minced |
| 2 tablespoons of onions | Wash, peel and minced |
| ¼ cup light sour cream | |
| 1 tablespoon of white wine vinegar | |
| 1/4 teaspoon of celery seed | Optional |

| 1 | Cook the lima beans according to directions. | |
| 2 | Drain and rinse with cold water. | |
| 3 | Combine beans with ham, celery and onions in large bowl. | |
