Marinade for Chicken, Beef or Pork

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1 1/2 cups vegetable oil 

3/4 cup lite soy sauce 
1/2 cup Worcestershire sauce 
1/2 cup red wine vinegar 

1/3 cup lemon juice 
2 tablespoons dry mustard 
1 teaspoon salt 
1 tablespoon black pepper 
1 1/2 teaspoons finely minced fresh parsley Wash, trim and mince in a food processor or use 1 Tablespoon dried
For gluten free (GF): Use GF soy sauce and omit Worcestershire sauce.  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Mix all ingredients in a bowl. 
2Cover and refrigerate for at least 30 minutes.
