Marinated Mushrooms

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups fresh whole small mushroomsWashed, trimmed and sliced.
1/4 cup red onionWashed, peeled thinly sliced. 
Italian salad dressing to taste (see recipe in cookbook page 260)
