Meatloaf

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
2 1/2 pounds lean ground beef 
3 eggs 
2 teaspoons salt
1/4 teaspoon pepper
1 cup quick cooking oats 
1/2 cup catsup
1 small chopped onion
1 tablespoon prepared mustard 
For gluten free (GF): Use GF quick cooking oats. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
2In a bowl mix all ingredients.
3Shape into a loaf and place into a loaf pan. 
4Bake for 1 hour.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 F degrees for 15 seconds
