Orange Cranberry Smoothie

Portion Size: 11/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1 cup cold milk (nonfat or low fat)
2  ½ cups Orange segmentsWashed, peeled, seeds remove and diced. Or may use drained Mandarin Oranges 
1 cup granola
½ teaspoon ground cinnamon
7 cups Greek nonfat plain yogurt
1 cup cranberries dried 
1/2 cup orange juice blendOr Sub. Orange juice
2 tablespoons NutellaOr Peanut butter

1In a blender, combine all the ingredients.  
2Blend until smooth.
