Orange Gelatin Mold

Portion Size: 2” x 2” square or ½ cup

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
1¾ cup orange juice
1 (3 ounce) package orange flavored gelatin
1 (8 ounce) carton light sour cream
1 (10 ounce) can Mandarin oranges, drained


Steps:Directions: Critical Control Point /Quality Assurance
1Heat orange juice to boiling; add orange flavored gelatin.
2Stir until gelatin is dissolved.
3Cool beat in sour cream; fold in oranges.
4Pour into an 8X8 inch pan or a 5 cup mold.
5Chill until firm.  Chilled internal temperature maintained at 41°F.
