Orange Marmalade Sweet Rolls

Portion Size: 1 roll.

1 pound loaf frozen bread dough, thawed
⅓ cup orange marmalade
2 tablespoons raisins(optional)
⅓ cup powdered sugar
½ teaspoon grated orange peel
2 teaspoons orange juice

1On a floured surface, roll dough into a 12” x 8” rectangle; brush with spreadable fruit.
2Sprinkle with raisins. Roll up jelly-roll style, starting with a long side; pinch seam to seal.
3Cut into 12 slices.
4Place cut side down in muffin cups coated with nonstick cooking spray.
5Cover and let rise until doubled, about 45 minutes.
6Bake at 350°F for 15-20 minutes or until golden brown.Cook until internal temperature reaches 165°F for 15 seconds.
7Immediately invert onto serving plates.
8Combine the confectioners’ sugar, orange peel and orange juice; drizzle over warm rolls.
