1 | Wash and scrub potatoes. | |
2 | Cut potatoes into six sections. | |
3 | Spread in a single layer in a flat ovenproof dish. | |
4 | Pour over oil. | |
5 | Season with seasoning salt. | |
6 | Stir them until coated. | |
7 | Bake about 30 to 40 minutes, turning several times during this period. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 135°F. |
