Parmesan Crusted Baked Chicken

Ingredients Notes: 
8  (3 oz.) Boneless skinless chicken breasts 
1 cup grated Parmesan Cheese
½ cup dried breadcrumbs
1 teaspoon dried oregano
1 teaspoon ground garlic powder
½ teaspoon paprika
¼ teaspoon black ground pepper
1/3 cup olive oil
For gluten free (GF): Use GF breadcrumbs. Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free

1Preheat oven to 400-degree F. Spray baking sheet with nonstick cooking spray.
2Combine Parmesan cheese, dry breadcrumbs, oregano, garlic, paprika and black pepper in a shallow bowl. Dip chicken breasts into olive oil, then coast with bread crumb mixture. Place on baking sheet. 
3Bake in preheated oven until chicken breasts are no longer pink in the center and the juices run clear, about 20-25 minutes. Cook until internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F.
