Peach Raspberry Smoothie

Portion Size: 11/2 cup (1 milk and fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields: 12 cups

Ingredients Notes: 
1 cup cold milk (nonfat or low fat)
2  ½ cups frozen or fresh peaches piecesWashed and pit removed.
2 teaspoons honey
7 cups Greek nonfat plain yogurt
2 cups fresh or frozen raspberriesWashed and trimmed.
1/2 cup orange juice blendOr Sub. Orange juice
