Peanut Butter Banana Smoothie

Portion Size: 1 1/2 cups (1 milk and 1 fruit serving)

Ingredients: Yields:  8

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups cold nonfat milk 
¼ cup honey
4 cups Greek nonfat plain yogurt or soft tofu
4 cups bananas
1 cup smooth peanut butter

1In a blender, combine all the ingredients.  Blend until smooth.   
2Chill or serve immediately

Time Temperature Sensitive foodFood safety Standards: Cold holding at 41°F or colder or using time alone (less than four hours). Discard if not used.
