Pesto Sauce

Portion Size: 2 Tablespoons

Ingredients: Yields: 8 servings

Ingredients Notes: 
4 cups Fresh BasilOr 2 cups Fresh Spinach and 2 cups Fresh Basil, Washed and trimmed
1 cup Parmesan cheese
½ cup olive oil
½ cup pine nuts
4 cloves garlicWashed, peeled and minced
½ teaspoon salt
½ teaspoon black pepper

1In a food processor, add all ingredients. Process until smooth consistency.
