Pina Colada Smoothie

Portion Size: 1 1/2 cups (1 milk and 1 fruit serving)

2 cups crushed pineappleMay use juice packed canned or fresh pineapple
2 cups bananas
2 teaspoons coconut extract
4 cups plain nonfat yogurt
4 cups nonfat milk
1/4 cup sugar (optional)
