Pita Pocket Sandwiches

1/2 cup light mayonnaise | |
2 tablespoons prepared mustard | |
16 oz. package thinly sliced lean corned beef, beef, ham, or turkey | |
4 Pita bread rounds, cut in half | |
3 tablespoons pickle relish | (Optional) |
1 cup shredded Low fat Swiss cheese | |
8 Lettuce leaves | Washed, trimmed and chopped |
Sliced tomatoes | Washed, trimmed and diced |

1 | Mix mayonnaise, mustard, and relish | |
2 | Cut meat into thin strips. | |
3 | Add meat to mayonnaise mixture and stir until all meat is coated. | |
4 | Cut each piece of pita bread in half | |
5 | Open bread to make a pocket. | |
6 | Add 1/3 c. meat mixture, 2 T. Swiss cheese, tomatoes, and lettuce each to the pocket. |
