Pork Chop with Dijon

Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thickTrim all visible fat
¼ cup low fat Italian salad dressing 
¼ cup Dijon mustard 
¼ teaspoon pepper 
1 teaspoon onion powder 
For gluten free (GF): Use GF Italian dressing.  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Pre oven to 350 F degrees. 
2Spray baking dish with non-stick cooking spray. 
3In a small bowl, blend Italian dressing, Dijon, pepper and onion powder. 
4Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. 
5Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F with a 3 minute rest.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F for 15 seconds. Discard unused mixture
