Pork Chop with Tangy Sauce
Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

2 Tablespoon lite soy sauce | |
½ teaspoon black pepper | |
3 Tablespoons oil | |
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce | |
2 teaspoons lemon juice | |
¼ cup ketchup | |
¼ cup brown sugar |

1 | Pre oven to 350 °F | |
2 | Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. | |
3 | In a small bowl, blend soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup. | |
4 | Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. | |
5 | Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F with a 3 minute rest. | Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F for 15 seconds. Discard unused mixture |
