Pork Chop with Tangy Sauce

Portion Size: 3 oz. boneless, 5 oz. with bone

Ingredients:     Yields: 8 servings

8 boneless pork chops, ½ inch thickTrim all visible fat
2 Tablespoon lite soy sauce 
½ teaspoon black pepper 
3 Tablespoons oil 
3 Tablespoons Worcestershire sauce 
2 teaspoons lemon juice 
¼ cup ketchup 
¼ cup brown sugar 
For gluten free (GF): Use GF soy sauce and Worcestershire sauce. (may omit Worcestershire sauce)  Always check each ingredient to be sure it is gluten free.

1Pre oven to 350 °F 
2Spray baking dish with nonstick cooking spray. 
3In a small bowl, blend soy sauce, oil, Worcestershire sauce, lemon juice, brown sugar and ketchup. 
4Place pork chops in baking dish and spread with ½ sauce. Bake for 30 minutes. 
5Remove from oven. Turn over pork chops and spread on remaining sauce. Continue baking about 30 minutes or until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F with a 3 minute rest.Cook until internal temperature reaches 145 ° F for 15 seconds. Discard unused mixture
