Pork Roast with Sauerkraut

½ teaspoon garlic powder | |
½ teaspoon black pepper | |
4 cups sauerkraut | |
½ teaspoon caraway seeds | |
½ cup peeled and diced apple | |
1 small onion, diced |

1 | Heat oven to 350 degrees | |
2 | Place roast in a roasting pan and season with garlic powder and pepper. | |
