1 | Add quinoa and water to sauce pan. | |
2 | Add cover. Let soak for 5 minutes. | |
3 | Bring to boil. Reduce heat to simmer. | |
4 | Simmer for 15 minutes. | Internal temperature 135 F. |
5 | Let stand in pot with lid on for 5 minutes. | |
6 | Fluff quinoa gently with a fork and serve. |
