Red Potatoes with Basil

| 8 medium red potatoes | Washed and trimmed. |

| 1 | Preheat oven to 425 degrees F. | |
| 2 | In a bowl combine Parmesan cheese, oil, basil and garlic powder. | |
| 3 | Cut potatoes into quarters. | |

| 5 | Spray baking sheets with nonstick cooking spray. | |
